Privacy notice

This notice describes how Auvum LLC handles information collected through this website and through the OneMedLife platform. Communities operated by our clients may publish their own privacy notices governing their members’ data; where that is the case, theirs applies to the member relationship and ours applies to the platform.

Information we collect on this website

If you submit the demo request form we collect the name, organisation, email address, phone number and any details you choose to include. We use this only to prepare and schedule your call and to correspond with you about it. We do not add you to a marketing list, sell your information, or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Platform data

Where a client operates a Location account on the platform, that client is the controller of their members’ information and Auvum LLC acts as a processor on their instructions. Where protected health information is involved, a Business Associate Agreement is executed before any such information is processed.

Employer reporting

Where a Location account is sponsored by an employer, the employer receives aggregated and de-identified cohort reporting only. Individual health information is not disclosed to an employer through the platform.

Retention, access and deletion

Enquiry information is retained for as long as needed for the enquiry and our ordinary business records. You may ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about you by writing to hello@onemedlife.com. If your relationship is with a Location account operated by one of our clients, please contact that operator, and we will support them in responding.

This website uses only what is necessary to serve the pages. It does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
