Onboarding
Ten business days from signature to live
No twelve-week implementation, no professional-services engagement, no discovery phase that bills by the hour. Here is every step, with what we need from you at each one.
The schedule
What happens, and when
Agreement and kick-offDay 0
We execute the licence and, where protected health information is involved, the BAA. One 45-minute kick-off call captures your brand assets, domain, account structure and the programmes you want live on day one.
Tenant provisionedDay 1–2
Your HQ account is created and configured to your tier. If you are running multiple sites, practices or properties, the Location accounts are created at the same time so structure is right from the start.
Branding and domainDay 2–4
Your logo, palette, imagery and copy are applied. You add one DNS record and the platform answers on your own subdomain. From that point your members never see our name.
Content and programmesDay 3–6
The standard workout, nutrition and education library is loaded, then your own programmes, assessments and branded content are layered on top.
People and permissionsDay 5–7
Coaches, trainers, clinicians and admins are created with scoped access. For clinical deployments this is where thresholds, pathways and escalation routes are configured with your clinical lead.
IntegrationsDay 6–8
Wearable connections are enabled and tested. Where you are pushing member records in from an existing system, that import is run and reconciled.
Pilot and QADay 8–9
A pilot cohort walks the whole journey — enrol, assess, receive a programme, message a coach, sync a device, appear in reporting. We fix anything that is off.
Go liveDay 10
Activation tokens go out to your members. You get an admin walkthrough recording, a reporting orientation and a named contact.
Effort
What this costs you in time
These are our commitments, not estimates. If a deployment is going to need longer — a large data migration, a clinical sign-off cycle or a bespoke content build — we scope that on the kick-off call and tell you the real date before you plan around the standard one.
Questions
The ones everyone asks
What do you need from us to start?
What if we do not have our own content?
Ten business days — what would make it longer?
Who owns the members and the data?
Can we run more than one brand?
What does support look like after launch?
How is it priced?
Can you help us market it once it's live?
Can you connect us to labs, imaging or a pharmacy?
Book the kick-off before you commit
The demo call covers your structure, your timeline and your price. Nothing is signed until you have all three in writing.
