The platform
Built for the part everyone gets wrong: what happens between visits
Sign-ups are easy. Adherence is the product. Every capability below exists to keep a member moving through a plan they can see themselves progressing in.

Step one
The assessment does the work
A member answers a structured intake once. The platform scores it and builds the programme — training, nutrition, education and coaching cadence — against their actual goals, history and limitations.
- Baseline capture on enrolment: date of birth, height, weight and a four-tier daily activity level — scored to establish caloric need before a plan is built
- Goals, training history and injury screening
- Sleep, stress and nutrition pattern
- Chronic condition flags routed to the right pathway
- Re-assessment on a schedule you set, so the plan keeps adapting
Step two
Progress they can actually see
Body Vision maps body composition in three dimensions and morphs the before-and-after, so a member watching the scale stall still sees the change that is really happening. Lab results and imaging attach to the same record, so the visual and the numbers tell one story instead of living in two different systems.

Step three
Data arrives without anyone typing
Connected devices push steps, heart rate, HRV, sleep and workouts straight onto the member record. Adherence stops being self-reported, which is what makes the reporting worth anything.
Step four
A human on the other end
The single biggest predictor of whether someone finishes a programme is whether somebody noticed they stopped. Secure messaging, scheduled check-ins and shared plans connect each member to their trainer, coach, dietitian or clinician.

Clinical
Chronic disease management pathways
For clinics and provider-led programmes, the platform supports continuous monitoring against provider-set thresholds, structured outreach when someone drifts, and programme adjustment — all inside the provider’s own governance.
OneMedLife is a wellness and engagement platform, not a medical device and not a diagnostic tool. Clinical thresholds, escalation rules and supervision are the responsibility of the licensed provider running that Location account.
Clinical network
Labs, imaging, pharmacy and telemedicine — connected, not built from scratch
For clinics and regenerative practices, a Location account can connect to established named partners instead of your team sourcing these relationships yourselves.
Labs & imaging
Route testing to Labcorp and Quest for bloodwork, National Medical Imaging Centers for national imaging locations, and SelfHealth for at-home or in-clinic kits. Results attach to the member record alongside Body Vision.
Peptide & injectable pharmacy
ProRx, a licensed 503B outsourcing facility, ships patient-specific compounded scripts or bulk orders — NAD+, sermorelin, glutathione, gonadorelin, B12 and more — direct to your clinic in its licensed states.
Telemedicine support
Supportive telemedicine — virtual consults, prescriber follow-up and care coordination — layered onto your Location account’s own clinical workflow.
Labs, imaging, pharmacy and telemedicine are delivered by OneMedLife’s named partners under their own licensing, not by OneMedLife directly. Availability depends on your Location account’s state and each partner’s own footprint — we confirm coverage for your specific sites on the demo call.
Operator tools
Run it, then prove it worked
Enrolment, activation, adherence and completion, sliced by location, department, facility or coach. Employer reporting is aggregated and de-identified by design.
- Per-user activation tokens so enrolment is auditable
- Segment by company, location, department and facility
- Coach and role management with scoped permissions
- Challenge, points and leaderboard administration
- Exportable reporting for renewal and benefits committees

Engagement
The part that makes people come back
Goal-oriented challenges, points, achievement ladders and team leaderboards. Engagement is consistently the hardest part of any wellness programme — the members who never participate are the ones the programme was bought for.
Security & privacy
What we will put in writing
Business Associate Agreement
A BAA is executed as part of the HIPAA-ready add-on, for any Location account handling protected health information.
Aggregate-only employer reporting
Employers receive de-identified, aggregated cohort data. Individual health information is never exposed to an employer.
Scoped access
Coaches, admins and clinicians see only the members and data their role permits, within their own Location account.
Location isolation
Each Location account is isolated. One Location cannot see another’s members, content or reporting.
Your domain
The platform runs on your own subdomain via a DNS record, so the member experience is entirely within your brand.
Auditable enrolment
Per-user activation tokens mean you can always show who was enrolled, when, and by whom. Open sign-up can be switched off entirely, so membership is admin-provisioned only.
Private by default
Member-facing Location accounts are excluded from search engine indexing, so your member portal does not turn up in a Google search for your brand.
21 interface languages
Members choose their own language across the whole interface — including Spanish, Portuguese, French, Arabic, Hindi, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Swahili and Haitian Creole.
